The CFA UK Society faced a fragmented website platform relying on multiple underperforming third-party services, leading to low online engagement and poor brand perception. Despite having over 22,000 members, only a small core group was actively using their digital channels.
Disjointed and fragmented website platform.
Low online membership engagement.
Poor brand perception among members.
Inefficient use of third-party technologies.
Konekt partnered with CFA UK to conduct an in-depth UX Audit and develop a User-Centred Transformation Strategy defining 3-year map to evolving the organisation digitally. Through stakeholder workshops, member interviews, surveys, a technology audit, and UX design analysis, we identified key areas for improvement. We worked closely with CFA UK to prioritise initiatives, streamline their technology stack, and redefine their digital approach. The result was a comprehensive redesign of their digital platforms, enhancing engagement across all membership levels, from new entrants to seasoned professionals in the finance and investment industry.
Increased membership engagement across digital platforms.
Streamlined technology stack, resulting in cost savings.
Tailored user experiences for diverse member segments.
We began by conducting a thorough UX Audit, which included stakeholder workshops, member interviews, and surveys to gather insights into the challenges faced by the CFA UK Society. Additionally, a technology audit and data analysis were performed to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
